Financial Arrangements

As a courtesy to our patients we offer 5% early payment adjustment for treatment over $500 when paid in full by check or cash on the day of the appointment. We also offer 3% early adjustment for treatment over $500 when paid in full by Visa, Mastercard or Discover on the day of the appointment. For qualified patients, we provide a financial program with monthly payments interest free from six month to one year.

Insurance Benefits: The goal of our practice is to provide our patients with the necessary treatment recommended by the dentist. Most commonly, insurance companies provide some assistance but not complete coverage. It is advisable your customer service representative for knowledge of your insurance coverage. As a courtesy to our patients we are happy to complete and submit the dental claim form. We do our best to facilitate a smooth billing process.
